The Youth Ministry of Beresford Emmanuel

We want all of our youth to know Jesus Christ and to find their ultimate joy and satisfaction in Him. We have designed our youth ministry to deepen understanding of the greatness of our God, and to give encouragement in the pursuit of godliness. Sunday School

We offer Sunday School From the Sunday following Labor Day to the Sunday before Mother's Day at 10 AM. Our Sunday School Curriculum for Preschool-5th Grade offers the same message that is presented at worship each week. Our 6th - 8th graders meet and study various 4- week series lessons that help them relate their everyday life to stories from the bible and how we can be followers of Jesus. We participate in various community service projects throughout the year on our own as well as with the congregation to keep us together as one. 

FROG

We offer FROG for kids Kindergarten through 6th grade Wednesdays September - April 6:30-7:30 PM. They share a lesson from the bible, crafts, games, fellowship and snacks!

Confirmation

Confirmation is offered to 7th & 8th Grade students from 6:00-7:30 PM through the school year.  The 7th Grade class is studying an overview of the Bible.  The 8th Grade class is studying our Lutheran Heritage as well as Luther's Small Catechism.  The 7th and 8th Grade classes rotate weekly and meet at the parsonage.

JLYO & SLYO

JLYO is for 6th-8th grade on Wednesday evenings 6:00-7:30PM.   SLYO is time for kids 9th - 12th grade to meet through the school year 7-8 PM.
